Incenti Solutions, Inc. ("Incenti") wants everyone to be able to use www.incenti.co, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. Many of our customers are public agencies, and we hold our own website to the standard they hold theirs.
1. Our commitment
We design, build and test www.incenti.co to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice rule for state and local government websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and by EN 301 549 in the European Union.
We treat accessibility as part of how we ship. New pages and features are checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA before they go live, and we fix issues we find in existing pages based on their impact on visitors.
2. What we do
- Keyboard access. Pages, menus, forms and dialogs can be used with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page, and focus is always visible.
- Assistive technology. We use semantic HTML, labelled landmarks and headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labelled form fields whose errors and confirmations are announced.
- Motion. Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting, and content that moves for more than five seconds can be paused or stops on its own.
- Visual design. Text and interface elements meet WCAG contrast requirements, links in text are underlined, and pages work at 200% zoom and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
- Testing. We test every page with automated accessibility checks and test key journeys, such as navigation, Contact Sales and our sign-up forms, with a keyboard in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
3. Known limitations
- Event graphic builders. The tools at /sedc and /sedc-annual-conference produce a downloadable image for social media. The image itself has no text alternative; the details you enter to create it are fully accessible.
If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us (Section 5) so we can investigate and fix it.
4. Scope
This statement covers www.incenti.co. The Incenti Knowledge Base (kb.incenti.co) and the EDOS and Incenti Insights platforms are assessed separately. Customers and procurement teams can request accessibility information about EDOS by writing to accessibility@incenti.co.
5. Feedback and help
We welcome accessibility feedback from customers, prospects and members of the public. If you have trouble using any part of www.incenti.co, or need information in a different format, email accessibility@incenti.co. Please include the page address and what you were trying to do.
We acknowledge every message within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the issue, or provide the information or service another way, within ten (10) business days.
6. How we assess this site
Incenti assesses www.incenti.co through self-evaluation: automated checks of every page, a review of each page against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, and keyboard testing of key journeys. We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the site.
